Another designer whose work I find very appealing is Alexis Design Studio. As with Studio Sherwood, I very much like her use of rich colours in a lot of her work. Check out her Vintage Winter kit………isn’t it gorgeous!!
You can pick up this lovely co-ordinated fan gift from her Facebook page.
…….and you can pick this great cluster freebie up from her blog. THANK YOU Alexis!
I have long admired the work of Julie Southern (Studio Sherwood). I particularly love the colour combinations that she uses. One of my favourite Studio Sherwood kits is Falling Deep.
Currently you pick up this very pretty freebie! Thank you Julie!
I’ve been so dreadfully lazy with my blog! Better late than never I guess.
Come and join me in my November Variety Challenge at the Studio. You can find me HERE and you would be most welcome!

Pop on over to the Studio and join me in my July Variety Challenge. This month I am asking you to create a page using circles. It’s a simple challenge, but I think you will find it fun working with circles. To help you on your way you can, if you wish, download a pack of circular frames and also a couple of templates with circles. You can find the download links HERE.
Come on over to the Studio and join in my Variety Challenge for June. This month the challenge is all about converting a photo to a sketch. You can read all about it HERE.
Post a layout in the Variety Challenge gallery and I will send you the link (PM in the forum) for this Summer Treats participation gift.
Thank you for reading this………….I would love to see you at the Studio. It’s a very warm and supportive forum environment.
As part of my monthly Variety Challenge at the Studio, I’m kicking off this month by hosting a challenge called Black and White + 1. You can read all about it HERE. To help you get started you can download these gray scale papers if you wish. Download link for these papers is also HERE. I’d love to see you at the Studio and see how you interpret this challenge.
Here’s a sample of what the challenge is all about……….create a black and white (gray scale) page with only one added colour.
These are the papers you can choose to use if you wish.
Spring is here for most of you. It isn’t for me unfortunately as I live in Australia and right now it is feeling very wintery! But there are some lovely spring themed kits available around the digi world. Recently I purchased Spring Blossoms by BooLand Designs and I’ve just completed a White Space challenge at the studio using it. Danielle provided a great template and I had to dig around in my photo stash to find some spring blossoms! Texture brushes in the background are from GreenEyedLady Designs.
